"Yoshino Honkuzumochi" and "Yoshino Honkuzukiri" made with only Yoshi Nomoto Kuzuku and water have a shelf life of 10 minutes that followed with transparency.
You can also see how the owner, Nakai, creates it in front of you using Yoshi Nomoto Kuzu, along with the "Tale of Kuzu" that can only be heard here.
