Somen <Summer Limited>

Somen, which is said to be the beginning of Japanese noodle culture. If you follow that history, you can reach the hand-rolled noodles of Miwa (Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture), a country of Yamato, and its history dates back to 1300 years.
We have prepared five types of soup that you can enjoy Miwa Somen, which colors the summer morning coolly. In addition to the standard Japanese soup stock, enjoy the noodles in Nara, the birthplace of Japanese hand-rolled noodles, along with a unique soup based on corn soup named "Konebonara", and a unique soup based on carbonara, a soup made with fresh tomatoes that increase its deliciousness in summer.

Kashihara Staminayaki Ramen

Using a special sauce made of Yamato pork from Nara Prefecture, Kashihara konjac, and vegetables, we offer hotel original "Kashi Star" based on the memories of the taste of those who loved Kashi Star.

Herb grilled fish used in Yamato Toki from Nara Prefecture

This is a perennial herbaceous book of the family Seri, which is very related to Nara Prefecture. The root part is mainly used as a crude drug. It is a famous medicinal herb that supports women's health. The Yamato Toki is used as a herb for herbal grilling.

Original persimmon leaf sushi

Nara's specialty "Kakinoha Sushi" is a pressed sushi made by wrapping mackerel tightened with salt with persimmon leaves together with vinegared rice and packing it in a wooden box.
