This hotel's original hamburger is made with healthy and delicious local hamburgers made with ancient rice from Nara Prefecture. Black rice with sticky texture and juicy gravy are exquisitely harmonized, and you can enjoy the deep taste that spreads as you chew. Miwa Somen Kakitama Kasu Nyumen <Dinner Buffet>

Miwa Somen from Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, the birthplace of somen noodles, is added to the rich flavor of "Ayukasu" made by condensing the umami of meat. Please take this product with thickened soup stock with Yoshino katsura, a specialty of Nara Prefecture.

Manyo Oyaki <Breakfast Buffet>

Local cuisine served mainly in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture. Please enjoy the fragrant and nostalgic Manyo Oyaki, which is carefully baked with sesame oil using shiitake mushrooms from Nara Prefecture.

Miwa Somen <Breakfast buffet>

Somen, which is said to be the beginning of Japanese noodle culture. If you follow that history, you can reach the hand-rolled noodles of Miwa (Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture), a country of Yamato, and its history goes back 1,300 years ago. In addition to the standard Japanese soup stock, we have prepared five kinds of soup, such as soup made with fresh tomatoes that increase the taste in summer, corn soup named "Kone Bonara" and tsuyu based on carbonara. Please enjoy some noodles in Nara, the birthplace of Japanese hand-rolled noodles.
