Persimmon leaf sushi
Nara's specialty "Kakinoha Sushi" is a pressed sushi made by wrapping mackerel tightened with salt with persimmon leaves together with vinegared rice and packing it in a wooden box. It is a local dish that has been handed down to the Yoshino area, and in the past it was a festival of summer festivals.
In this accommodation plan, we have prepared sushi shari, which is proud of "Wazasa Nakatani Honpo", which was founded in 1921, and an assortment made with traditional manufacturing methods. Please enjoy the traditional taste of salmon, sea bream, and various ingredients on the standard mackerel.
